Student Poster Competition

 

The purpose of this competition is to provide encouragement, motivation, and recognition to our most outstanding future astrobiologists.

All presentations in which the abstract identified a registered student as the first author will be included in the competition. The student must also be the one presenting the poster.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place posters will be selected,
which will include awards of $1,000, $750, and $500

The criteria for selection will be:

  • Originality of the research
  • Quality of the execution
  • Impact to the field
  • Organization and clarity of presentation

The winners will be announced at the meeting.

Recent graduates or postdoctoral students are not eligible.
Eligibility is open to both U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens.
